Registration
Registration payments are collected and receipts are issued by CORAL SAYS CO., LTD. (桐語有限公司) on behalf of the IWCN 2027 Organizing Committee. This name will appear on your receipt and payment statement. By registering you accept the Registration Terms and Conditions.
Fees
All fees are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and are charged in TWD. USD amounts (USD 1 = NT$32) are for reference only. Early registration closes on February 26, 2027, 23:59 Taipei time (UTC+8).

Note: registrations that include IWCN (IWCN-only and IWCN + IWW) include one Conference Dinner ticket. IWW-only registration does not include the Conference Dinner. Extra Meal Packages (Conference Dinner plus boxed lunches during IWCN 2027) can be purchased separately at NT$4,800 (USD 150) each.

Student Registration
The student rate applies to full-time students at the time of the conference. Upload a copy of your valid student ID or a certificate of enrolment from your university when registering. Registrations without proof of student status are charged the regular rate. The document is used only to check eligibility and is deleted after the conference. See the Privacy Policy.
IEEE Member Rate
IEEE members receive NT$3,200 (USD 100) off the Regular and Student rates. Enter your IEEE member number when registering; your membership must be valid at the time of registration. Registrations with a member number that cannot be verified are charged the non-member rate.
Author Registration
Each accepted paper must be covered by a full registration (regular or student) of a presenting author by March 22, 2027. One registration covers one paper only. An author presenting more than one paper must register separately for each. See the Submission page.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to iwcn2027@iwcn.nycu.site. The refund depends on the date the request is received (Taipei time, UTC+8).

Author registrations covering an accepted paper cannot be refunded after March 22, 2027.
Registrants who cannot travel, for example because a visa is denied, may switch to streaming participation instead of cancelling. The difference between the in-person and streaming fees is not refunded.
Name substitutions are free of charge until April 9, 2027. If the registration covers an accepted paper, the substitute must be a co-author of that paper and will present it.
Refunds are made to the original payment method after the conference. Bank and card charges are borne by the registrant. Papers that are not presented are subject to the No-Show Policy.
