These terms apply to all registrations for IWCN 2027 and IWW 2027 made through this website. By registering you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy.

This website, the submission system and the registration system are operated by CORAL SAYS CO., LTD. (桐語有限公司), which collects registration payments and issues receipts on behalf of the IWCN 2027 Organizing Committee.

What Is Sold
Registration for the International Workshop on Computational Nanotechnology (IWCN 2027), the International Wigner Workshop (IWW 2027), or both, in the following categories: regular, student, IWW only, and combined IWCN + IWW (regular or student), each available for in-person or streaming attendance where offered. The fees for each category and registration period are listed in the fee table on the Registration page. One registration seat covers one attendee and one paper.
Price and Payment
All registration fees are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and are charged in TWD; the TWD amount on the fee table is the price you pay. The USD amounts (USD 1 = NT$32) are for reference only. If your card is issued in another currency, the final amount on your statement depends on your card issuer's exchange rate and fees.
- How to pay: one-time payment by credit card through NewebPay (藍新金流), the payment provider. Card details are entered on the payment provider's form; we never see or store your card number.
- No subscription: each registration is a single one-time charge. There are no recurring or automatic charges.
- Payee: payments are collected by CORAL SAYS CO., LTD. (桐語有限公司) on behalf of the IWCN 2027 Organizing Committee. This name appears on your card statement.
- Invoice and receipt: a Taiwan e-invoice (電子發票) is issued for every payment. A company tax ID (統一編號) can be entered at checkout if your institution needs it. An English receipt/invoice is also provided for reimbursement.
- What is included: one registration seat covers one paper and one attendee. Registrations that include IWCN (IWCN-only and IWCN + IWW) include one Conference Dinner ticket; IWW-only registration does not include the Conference Dinner. Extra Meal Packages (Conference Dinner plus boxed lunches during IWCN 2027) for accompanying persons or IWW-only attendees can be purchased separately at NT$4,800 (USD 150) each (in-person only).
Service Delivery
Registration is a conference service; nothing is shipped. The service is provided at IWCN 2027 on April 19–22, 2027 at the Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu (IWW on April 19), or online for streaming registrations. A confirmation and receipt are emailed within 3 working days after payment.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to iwcn2027@iwcn.nycu.site. The refund depends on the date the request is received (Taipei time, UTC+8).

Author registrations covering an accepted paper cannot be refunded after March 22, 2027.
Registrants who cannot travel, for example because a visa is denied, may switch to streaming participation instead of cancelling. The difference between the in-person and streaming fees is not refunded.
Name substitutions are free of charge until April 9, 2027. If the registration covers an accepted paper, the substitute must be a co-author of that paper and will present it.
Refunds are made to the original payment method after the conference. Bank and card charges are borne by the registrant. Papers that are not presented are subject to the No-Show Policy.
Changes to the Event
The Organizing Committee may change the program, speakers, schedule or venue; such changes do not entitle registrants to a refund. If the event cannot be held in person, for example because of circumstances beyond the organizer's control, it may be moved to a different date or held online, and registrations remain valid for the changed format.
If the organizer cancels the event, registration fees are refunded in full.

- 退款規則：取消請以電子郵件通知 iwcn2027@iwcn.nycu.site，依收到日期（台北時間）計算：2027 年 2 月 26 日（含）以前全額退款，扣除手續費 NT$1,600 (USD 50)；2 月 27 日至 4 月 2 日退還報名費 50%；4 月 3 日起或未出席不退款。涵蓋已接受論文的作者報名於 3 月 22 日後不予退款。退款於會議結束後退回原付款方式，銀行與信用卡手續費由報名者負擔。若主辦單位取消活動，報名費全額退還。
